What do you mean by "initial concepts"?
Concepts act as the base design for your logo. They are completely
unique. Think of them as a mockup of your logo, except usually
of a high enough quality that they can be logos in their own right.
The chosen concept is then refined (to your specifications) in
our revision process to produce the finished logo.

How many concepts do I receive?
We provide unlimited initial concepts for you to choose from.
You will receive your first set of concepts within 4 days, and
if none are appropriate our designers will provide more within
1-2 days after listening to your feedback. We will continue to
provide concepts until you find the one you like.

What is part of the Corporate
ID package?
The corporate identity package includes a custom designed logo,
company letterhead, business cards with unlimited names (for you
and your staff), plus a compliments slip. If required we can also
design an envelope, at no additional charge.

How are the revisions made?
We will upload your logo onto our webserver for you to view at
your convenience, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Let
us know what you would like changed, added, removed etc and our
designers will get straight onto it. This process is repeated
as many times as necessary until you are completely happy with
the logo/stationery.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. We require a deposit of $99 as a commitment fee. This deposit is fully refundable if you are not satisfied in any way.

What if I do not like the concepts?
As we provide unlimited concepts, we will continue to work until
we find one that you like. However if you do not like our style,
then you can walk away at any time. No obligations. No risk.

How will I receive my logo?
All artwork will be available for download from our super-fast
servers, in several formats ready for use either online or in
print.

How do I make payment?
Full payment is required only upon completion. You will receive
an invoice with payment details when final artwork is ready for
release. We accept bank deposit, credit card, Paypal, money order
or cheque.

Who retains the copyright?

How do I get my stationery
printed?
Simply provide the digital files to your local printer or online
print store and they will handle the rest.

Definitely. If you wish we can copy your files onto CD and mail
it to you, at no additional cost. This is by special request only,
so let us know if you need this.
